Sometimes, despite a team's best effort, things can get off track and it can be difficult to know how to begin to repair. I help teams identify their priorities, uncover the root of their pain points, and take steps to get back on track. This work takes a team that is ready to have challenging conversations, get vulnerable, and try new ways of working so everyone has the opportunity to thrive!
